What is a virtual visit?

A virtual visit is a healthcare appointment conducted online instead of in person. You’ll meet with our licensed nurse practitioner over secure video from your phone, tablet, or computer — no waiting room required.

What states do you serve?

We currently see patients located in Nevada and Oregon only. You must be physically located in one of these states at the time of your visit.

What can I be seen for?

We treat a wide range of common health concerns, including cold and flu symptoms, UTIs, allergies, minor skin conditions, sinus infections, and medication refills. How much does a visit cost, and do you accept insurance?

Visits are $75 each. We currently do not accept insurance and operate on a cash-pay basis.

What do I need for my appointment?

Just a phone, tablet, or computer with a camera, microphone, and a stable internet connection. You’ll receive a secure link to join your visit at your scheduled time.

Can you write me a prescription?

Yes — if appropriate for your condition, our nurse practitioner can prescribe medication, which will be sent electronically to your pharmacy of choice. (no controlled substances)

Can you write a work or school note?

Yes, we’re happy to provide return-to-work or return-to-school notes following your visit when appropriate.

What if I’m having a medical emergency?

Virtual Visit NP is not equipped to handle medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, please call
911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediatel
